Returns and Refunds
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Office365. It is our aim to offer you value and quality at outstandingly low prices.
Once you receive your order, if you decide that you no longer require the item/s or you have ordered an incorrect size or colour etc, you may return it to us at the address on the contact us page for a refund within 14 days - please ensure you include a copy of your invoice/order number. Please ensure that the goods are properly packaged when returning.
If the total of the items you are returning comes to a total of £30 or more (excluding VAT), please contact us, and we shall arrange a collection*.
PLEASE NOTE:When returning a product that is not required or not suitable for your use, the item/s must be in a resalable condition. We cannot accept the return if the goods have been opened or used.
Please do not write directly on the products packaging, as this renders the item unfit for resale. This would leave you liable for the full cost of the product/s as we would be unable to refund the cost.
*Orders returned as not required/not as expected etc, will NOT have any delivery costs refunded and there will be a collection charge of £5.99 (+VAT) for items over £30.
Once you have received your order, if part of it is damaged, or if an item is faulty, please contact us either by telephone, email or fax. Please make sure you have your order number to hand (this is shown on the email confirmation and also on the dispatch note) to enable our team to arrange your return and replacement, or refund if this is required.
To cancel, you can email us or write to us (see the contact us page for details) within seven days of delivery of your item/s, quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item/s and must not use them. The item/s may be returned to us, or we can arrange collection if the item total is over £30* ex VAT.

(For security and training purposes, telephone calls to and from our Customer Service Centres may be recorded or monitored).
Shortages must be reported within 3 days. If it is longer, it may delay or obstruct our ability to query this with suppliers/couriers or arrange a refund.
Companies please note: If your order is over £150 and you return a large quantity of items as not required/not suitable etc, this may incur a 20% return and restocking charge, so the refund you would receive would be 80% of the items returned. Please check our terms and conditions for more information regarding this.
