Office365 - Track My Order
Please note from 1st 2007 all our order will be delivered by ANC (Fedex UK)
If you have not received your order for any reason, your order(s) can be tracked using the ANC, TNT or Parceline websites.
When tracking your order with ANC please enter the last 6 digits of your receipt number e.g. 225500 instead of 365O225500. If you enter the 365O part the system will not recognise your order.
If you can not find the information you require through the following web sites, please call us on 0870 766 1624 between 9.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday or email to deliveries@office365.co.uk

Deliveries in inner, west and south west London are made by TNT Couriers. The remainder of mainland Britain are made by Parceline Couriers. It is not possible to provide delivery tracking information online, for Northern Ireland or for larger items such as office furniture, and some business machines.

In the 'Delivery by Postcode & Sender Reference' section your postcode
and your Office365 Receipt Number (example shown below). Then click on
the 'Track It' button

When you click on the TNT logo below a new screen will appear. It will ask you for a user name and password. Please enter:
* USER NAME spicer (in lower case)
* PASSWORD spr-dlr (in lower case)
Click on the Dealer Enquiry link at the top left of the screen.
Enter your Order Number (Dealer PO Number) and Post Code then click on 'Proceed'
