The homepage

The homepage is the starting point of online shopping with Office365. From this page, you can browse through our entire range by selecting the product category that you are interested in. The homepage also contains links to our special offers and price cuts, as well as our help and information pages. At any point during your visit, you can return to the homepage by clicking on the ‘home’ link at the top of the page.

How do I search for products?

There are several ways of finding products on Office365.co.uk. You can browse our online catalogue using the left hand menu or search for specific products and catalogue numbers.

Browse
You can browse through our entire online catalogue by selecting one of our main product categories listed down the left hand side of the page.

Search
You can also search for products by name, brand or catalogue number. To do so, simply enter the product code (e.g. 507214), product name (e.g. pen) or the brand name (e.g. Belkin, Pentel, 3M) into the search by word or catalogue number boxes and we will produce all of the products which match your chosen word/code.

Search by Supplier
You can simply click on the Product buy supplier link at the top of the page and this will provide you with an alphabetical listing of all our product suppliers.

Placing an Order:
  • Put items in your basket as you browse the site by clicking on 'Add to Basket'.
  • Goods will be saved in the basket if you want to look at more products.
  • Click on the 'My Basket' sign in the top right corner of the webpage when you want to check out.
  • You can alter the basket contents before confirming your order if you want to change anything. Click on 'Update Basket' when you have done this.
  • Click on 'Confirm Order'.
New customers:
  • Click on 'New Customer' and complete the boxes on the screen.
  • Click on 'Register' when you have done this.
  • Click on 'Place Order'.
  • You will now be in the secure payment facility. Follow the 3-step instructions from here.
Returning customers:
  • You can click on 'Sign In' and enter your email address and password.
  • You will then be able to proceed to the secure payment facility, once you have confirmed the order.
Reminders:
  • Credit card details must be as they appear on the card.
  • The billing address entered in the registration process must be the same as that for the card holder.
  • You can be sent a reminder of your password if you have forgotten it. Just click on 'Lost Password' in the sign in page.

    What are the delivery charges?

    Delivery charges are free for all orders over £30 excluding VAT. For all orders under £30.00 delivery cost for mainland UK will be:

    2 Day Delivery: £4.99
    (Standard) Next Day Delivery: £5.99
    UK - Non Mainland £22.99

    Please note (Standard) Next Day Delivery is not guaranteed next day and is subject to stock availability. Furniture items usually take 3 working days to deliver and therefore are excluded from Next Day Delivery. To check stock and ETA's please call us on 0870 766 1624 or email us at info@office365.co.uk.

    Unfortunately we are unable to deliver furniture to any of the islands or highlands, including the Isle of Wight and Isle of Man, due to excessive delivery costs.

    How do I register?

    You don't need to register to use the site before you add items to your basket. You register after you have finished shopping, once you have gone to 'Your Basket'. After you have clicked on the 'Confirm Order' button underneath the basket, you can then click on the 'New Customer' button to register with us.

    How do I log in to my account on Office365.co.uk?

    Once you have registered with us, you are able to log into Office365.co.uk at any time. Just click on the log in & registration link at the top of your screen and enter your user name and password (exactly as you gave when you first registered). If you have forgotten your password, click the ‘get help’ button next to the words ‘forgot your password’.

    Logging in makes placing an order even faster and easier than usual, as all of your address and delivery details will already be filled in. Whilst logged-in, you can change any of these details, as well as any other addresses or details you may have entered previously.

    How can I find special offers and latest price cuts?

    To take advantage of our special offers and latest price cuts, simply click on the Special Offers and price cuts button on the homepage. If you are browsing through the catalogue, clicking on the ‘on special offer’ link in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen will show all products in that category which are on special offer.

    Don’t forget to check the full details of the offer and the product prior to placing your order, to make sure you are aware of any terms and conditions that may apply.
