Is it possible to ammend my order?

We regret that we are not able to add products to orders that have already been paid and confirmed.

How can I pay for my purchases?

You can pay for your purchases online using most major credit or debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card, Switch, Solo or American Express. Your credit card details will not be kept once the transaction has been completed. See our security policy for more information.

How do I know if my order has been received?

Upon receipt of your order, an Order Acknowledgement screen will be generated, issuing an order reference number. Please print out this page for future reference. You will also receive an email confirming that we have received your order details.

When will my order be delivered?

As a guide, most goods are delivered by, usually next day if the order pis placed before 4.00pm (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) from when you place your order. Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm and we will need a signature at the time of delivery.

Can I specify a delivery date?

No, most items are available for next day delivery. Any which are not will be delivered as soon as they arrive in our warehouse.

Are receipts sent with deliveries?

No a desptach note i sent with your delivery. A VAT invoice is available online via our website if required.

How can I get a V.A.T. receipt?

Your can login to your account and print a VAT invoice off, whenever you require one.

Can I place an order from overseas?

Yes. Customers from abroad can both register and place an order, as long as the order is for delivery in the UK and Northern Ireland (excluding BFPO addresses).

Does Office365 deliver overseas?

Unfortunately not. We deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland only (excluding BFPO addresses).

Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Office365. If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, please see our Returns and refunds page.
