How to track your order - non-furniture orders.

If you have not received your order, please email deliveries@office365.co.uk or call 0870 766 1624, and we shall track your order for you.

We now deliver the majority of our orders with FedEx (excluding furniture items), and all goods will require a signature. FedEx deliver between 8:00 and 18:00, unless the delivery is specified as a pre 10*, or pre 12*, when the order is placed. (*extra charges apply).

If a 'Proof of Delivery' (POD) is required, then these are usually available around 9.30am the morning after delivery (Mon – Fri).

How to track your order - furniture orders

If you have not received your order, please email deliveries@office365.co.uk or call 0870 766 1624, and we shall track your order for you, unless you have received a text message regarding your delivery (please see below), as this will have details for you to follow .

We now use DHL and XPD for our furniture deliveries. XPD are a partner of DHL and will deal with larger/heavier orders, or those orders needing 2 person crews.

Deliveries will normally be made within 48 hours (2 working days) of the date the order is placed.

The delivery charges for furniture orders is £20 for deliveries to the Mainland UK and £50 for deliveries to the UK Islands.

Furniture deliveries will be made between 8am and 6pm during the working week, and will require a signature.

As part of a new service we are now able to text you to inform you of the expected delivery date. If you would like to take advantage of this, you need to reply to the email confirmation with a mobile number, stating that you would like us to pass this to the couriers. There is no extra charge for this service, so you do not need to worry about extra charges!

By passing on your mobile number, you will be informed when the item is received at the warehouse and another when it has been despatched. When the goods are despatched from the warehouse, you will be sent a URL in the message where you can track your order. If your delivery is a large furniture item, or is being sent with XPD you will also receive a phone call approximately 30 minutes prior to delivery.
